השימוש באתר Lamorames כפוף לתקנון זה. כל המחירים ללקוחות בישראל כוללים מע"מ כחוק. רכישה באתר מהווה הצעת רכישה עד לאישור סופי ותשלום מלא.
ללקוח בישראל יש זכות ביטול עסקה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, תוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת המוצר, בכפוף להחזרת מוצר חדש באריזתו המקורית ולחריגים הקבועים בחוק.
החנות רשאית לשנות או לעדכן את תנאי השימוש מעת לעת.

Terms of Service – Lamorames
By using Lamorames, you agree to these Terms of Service. Prices for Israeli customers include VAT. Orders are considered offers to purchase until confirmed and paid in full.
We may change or update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.

International Customers (GDPR/CCPA):
Our Terms comply with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws in the EU, UK, US (California), and other jurisdictions where required. Purchases are subject to contract law, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability, as outlined in these Terms.

Additional Note for Israeli Customers:
In accordance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, customers in Israel are entitled to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not part of exceptions under the law (custom-made items, underwear, swimwear, perishable goods, or personalized jewelry). Cancellation fees may not exceed 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
