Order Cancellation & Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus cancellation fees (up to 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personalized jewelry.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or cosmetics once opened).

How to Return

  • Contact us at contact@lamorames.com or +972-54-4943015 to initiate a return.

  • After receiving confirmation, ship the product back to:
    20 Shimon Harteersy St., Beit Hashmonai, Israel.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
